The building rental includes the following:

 

  • Use of the building and grounds from 4:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.
  • Choice of linen colors
  • Choice of centerpieces
  • Use of dance floor

  • Use of Grand Player Piano and/or background music system

Deposit

A deposit of $500.00 is required to book Magnolia Grove for a wedding reception. An additional $1,000.00 is due 90 days prior to your wedding day. The deposit and any pre-payments made are nonrefundable if the date is cancelled**. If the date is re-booked, there will be a partial deposit refund of $250.00. If payment is not received 90 days prior, and a representative from Magnolia Grove is unable to contact the booking party, Magnolia Grove reserves the right to cancel and re-book the date. Final payment in full is due a minimum of 14 days prior to your wedding.

** If your wedding reception is cancelled, written notification of cancellation must be made by the wedding party that has paid the deposit.

Minimum Pricing for Friday, Saturday and Sunday Evening:


A minimum amount of $5,000 is required to book a Friday, Saturday or Sunday Evening. The building rental fee and our catering service is required. Invitations, cake, wedding ceremony, and bar service are optional and can be included within the minimum pricing.

Wedding Luncheons/Corporate Luncheons

Magnolia Grove is available to host luncheons. The dining room area is available for a two-hour block between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. The dining room rental fee is $400.00. The building must be vacated by 3:00 P.M. There is a minimum plate count of 75 people. Brides that are booked with Magnolia Grove will receive half-price on the dining room rental ($200.00).

Ceremony

Magnolia Grove is able to accommodate wedding ceremonies in the Grand Ballroom or in the Garden area. A Grand Ballroom ceremony is $350.00 with a maximum seating capacity of 150 guests. A Garden ceremony is $495.00 with a maximum seating capacity of 200 guests. Prices include the setup and take down of chairs, use of music and a wedding rehearsal scheduled during our normal business hours. Rehearsals scheduled after business hours carry a charge of $150.00 for one hour.

Ceremony Only

If you are looking to use Magnolia Grove for your marriage ceremony only the charge is $650 inside and $795 outside. You will have use of the building for 1 1/2 hours and the ceremony must conclude by 2:00 P.M. The building is available from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

Building Rental Only

If you are looking to rent to host your function and all you need is the facility we charge $2500 M-W 4:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. If your function is in the morning the charge is $1500 from the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

 

Invitations

Invitations, thank-you notes, napkins, etc. can be ordered through Magnolia Grove. We have several books, with an extremely wide variety to choose from. Appointments to order invitations must be made in advance and completed during office hours.

Cakes

Save valuable time by ordering your cake through Magnolia Grove. Look through our exquisite cake selections, designed by Schmidt's Pastry and pick out your perfect cake!

Catering

Magnolia Grove will provide all food and non-alcoholic beverages for your function.We offer a large variety of plate and buffet items to choose from. Final catering selections are required two weeks in advance, with a final count and payment in full due ten days prior to the function.

Inside and Outside Set-Up

We have (11) tables which are always set up in the dining room area for your use. If you wish to add additional tables the price per table will be $25.00, which includes the table, chairs, linens and centerpieces.

Liquor Services

Magnolia Grove will provide a bar service for a charge of $600.00. A refundable deposit of $500.00 is also required the day of the function, and will be refunded that same day provided there is no damage to the building, garden area or parking lot. (This must be paid in the form of cash, a money order or cashiers check), Alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises are champagne, white wine and beer. The wedding party must provide all alcoholic beverages. Magnolia Grove will provide a bartender and glassware to serve the alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is to be consumed only during a three hour time frame that the bridal party agree to, which must be concluded thirty minutes prior to the function ending. Any remaining alcoholic beverages will be returned to the bridal party at the conclusion of the function. Magnolia Grove reserves the right to refuse alcohol to anyone. Alcohol will be served in accordance with Utah State Liquor laws and regulations. Please ensure that you are familiar with our alcohol policies.
