Your wedding day is one of the most important days in your life. You want this day to be special from the beginning to the end. Magnolia Grove offers the warmth and charm of southern hospitality to make your day even more memorable and special. With only one function at a time, your wedding part and guest will enjoy the convenient parking and dedicated service given by our staff. All set ups are completed prior to your arrival once your function has ended, you leave and our staff do all the completed prior to your arrival and once your function has ended, you leave and our staff does all the clean up. Also...if you are currently serving in the military, ask about our military discount.

 

Deposit: A deposit of $500 is required to book a function. An additional $1,000 is due 90 days prior to your function. The deposit and any prepayments are non-refundable if the date is cancelled. If the date is re-booked, there will be a partial refund in the amount of $250. If payment is not received 90 days prior to your function, Magnolia Grove reserves the right to cancel and re-book the date. Final payment in full is due a minimum of 14 days prior to your function.

 

Minimum: Magnolia Grove does not have minimum pricing on Monday - Thursday. To book a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the minimum pricing is $5,000 and can be an all inclusive package. We also offer chocolate fountains and candy bar options. Please discuss with a Magnolia Grove Representative.

 

Morning Function: Book a morning function between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and save. Building rental is $950.00 with no minimum. Check with a Magnolia Grove Representative for details.

 

Wedding Ceremonies:

Grand Ballroom:     $350 with a minimum seating capacity of 150 guests.

Garden Ceremony: $495 with a minimum seating capacity of 200 guests.

 

Ceremony Includes: Wedding coordinator, Rehearsal, Music selections, set up and take down of chairs.

 

Wedding/Corporate Luncheons: Magnolia Grove is available to host luncheons, corporate events, etc. The dining room rental is $400 and is available for a (2) hour block between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Brides that are booked with Magnolia Grove will be given a price discount on the dining room rental. Please consult a representative of Magnolia Grove for additional information.

 

Inside and Outside Set-Up: (11) tables are set up in the dining room area for a total seating of 88 people at one time. Additional tables are available at a cost of $25 per complete table set up: which includes the table, chairs, linens and centerpieces. We have the capacity to seat approximately (275) guests inside. There are additional tables in the garden area for your enjoyment. If you are interested in additional seating for an outside garden reception, please check with a Magnolia Grove Representative for additional cost. Chair ties in assorted colors are available for $1.75 per chair.

 

 

 

Ceremony Only: If you are interested in a ceremony only, the building will be available between the hours of 10:00 - 2:00 p.m. for 1 1/2 hour time block. Chairs, rehearsal, music selection and wedding coordinator are included at a cost of $795 for the garden area and $650 for the grand ballroom. No food is allowed.

 

Building Rental Only: If you prefer to rent Magnolia Grove and do everything yourself, the building can be rented Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening from 4:00 - 11:00 p.m. at a cost of $2,500. You will have the use of the building and garden area.

Hot Chocolate Bar ($239.56)

Specialty items: If you have something special in mind that is not on our menu, please ask. We are happy to accommodate special requests if possible.

 

Chocolate Fountain, Candy Bar and Hot Chocolate Bar can be added to any package or buffet item. All food items listed include food sales tax. No additional fees are charged.

 

 

Liquor Services: Magnolia Grove will provide a bar service at a cost of $600 for (3) hours of service. A refundable deposit is required the day of the function and will be refunded provided there is no damage to the building, garden area or parking lot. (Deposit must be paid in the form of cash, money order or cashier’s check). The wedding party is responsible for all alcoholic beverages (please, only pink or white wine, champagne and beer). Magnolia Grove will provide the bartender and glassware. Liquor service will be for a maximum of (3) hours and must by concluded by 10:30 p.m. Any remaining beverages will be returned to the bridal party at the conclusion of the function. Magnolia Grove reserves the right to refuse alcohol to anyone and will be served in accordance to the Utah Stat Liquor laws and regulations.
